Pound Paws met Evie at the Vet when she was getting her vaccinations, she was very good, a bit anxious but the Vet was lovely and had no problems with her. She is a sweet wee dog and just loves food rewards. Seeking a super special home that can meet all of her needs.
South Island adoption only.

From her current carer:
Evie is a very loyal, loving wee dog, will choose one person she feels safe with and thinks she has to be protective of. She is great with some dogs (needs sensible introductions), loves playing with our younger female Labrador – they are very active together.
Will bark for you to throw the ball, will chase, but lets another dog bring it back.
Suit someone home during part of the day.
Loves to sleep at the end of the bed.
Will bark and chase birds.
Gets anxious with loud noises.
House trained and crate trained.
Needs a harness on lead. Good recall – most of the time.
Evie is seeking an adult only home – nice and calm.
Child, cat and chook free.
Must have excellent fencing – stock fencing will not keep her contained.
Evie is already spayed, chipped, registered.
PPR had her health checked (has a skin rash, on some meds, should clear up) and updated her vaccinations (parvo, KC) – a donation towards this would be appreciated.
