Fostered in Waimate

Autumn and 2 of her siblings came to us from a farm at 6 months old. They are used to other dogs, sheep, cats, teenagers.

Although Autumn has missed out on exposure to new environments and different experiences, she is going really well and has a beautiful nature.

She is coming out of her shell and starting to play well with the other dogs. She is very excited about her food and treats. Slowly learning to lead walk but still not sure about it. Not bothered by much at all in the Vet clinic she just happily sat/slept all day with her chew. Went on a big ride out to the farm. Got a bit nauseous but was still keen to have a look around, good recall. She’s super eager to please and have cuddles and she greets me everyday with a little army crawl and rolls over for belly rubs. So excited to be let out of her crate in the morning, ready for the joys of the day!

Autumn would thrive on a rural property with a patient carer that has the time to continue her training. She needs an active home that can give her plenty of mental activities and adventures (not just a ball thrower). A home that has a calm social adult dog would be a bonus.

$300 – this goes towards covering a small portion her costs – spay, vaccs, chip (on NDB), registration, flea/worm to date.
