Teddy is a special wee rescue that has recently come into our care. He needed sedation by the vet and a full shave of all his fur. He is feeling so much more comfortable and his personality is starting to shine. His skin is starting to improve. Once his fur grows back he will be looking very handsome too.

His foster Mum says – Teddy is a very loving, cuddly boy who thrives with companionship. He gets on well with the other dogs here including our other foster dog – Huxley. It’s wonderful to see his joyful playful side – his zoomies are a sight to behold! He is enjoying walks and outings, building up slowly.

Teddy is learning not to chase cats, ideally a cat free home or a dog confident cat (along with training and supervision).

At first he was not house trained at all, but he now toilets outside during the day. At night he sleeps very well in a large crate (comfy bed) with puppy pads for accidents. In time, with patience, we expect he will be fully house trained.

Teddy is likely to be popular, but we want to ensure he finds the right match. He needs a loving calm home with good fencing, daytime company with dedicated carers who will ensure he receives the best of care, including regular grooming.
