Tui came into our care as she was not suited to farm work. She is very very timid (never aggressive) at first. The big wide world, new people and environments are scary for her, but she is slowly gaining confidence in foster care (located Winchester).

She loves her outings with the other dogs, running, playing, exploring the countryside and is now enjoying toys and ball games! Tui has the sweetest, gentle nature and is very smoochy once you have gained her trust.

We are only seeking the best of homes that will build her confidence at her own pace in a calm, patient environment. Adult family with another dog that is well socialised/confident would be ideal, and happy to work in with a behaviourist if needed. Owner occupied home preferred.

Adoption – $250 – includes spay, parvo/kennel cough vaccinations, micro-chip, registration, flea/worm treated.

We have an adoption process to match our dogs up to the home that best suits their needs. A property visit will be carried out to ensure safe containment. 2 week trial period.

Based in Oamaru, North Otago.
