Project Description
Otis
UPDATE- Otis is on HOLD
Otis is really enjoying his newfound enriched life. He goes for daily walks, adventures, has lots of attention, affection, play, toys, is brushed and made to feel special. He arrived with a mouthful of rotten teeth and had multiple extractions (had blood and urine tests prior to his operation, they were good). Vet bill $2,852 (he is worth it).
A fully fenced secure property is needed (stock fencing is not secure enough). Cat free home.
This is what his foster carers say:
Otis is a gentleman and is a delight to have around, he makes my partner and I smile and laugh every day. Everything is very new and exciting to Otis, and he lets you know as such with very excitable barks. He loves a good chat, making funny wee noises and barks.
He has a bromance going with my partner and loves nothing more to sit on his feet while he has his coffee, leaning in for a cuddle, or sitting beside him with his head under his armpit. Otis is still working out that he can come inside. Home comforts are all new and he is slowing realising that it is a good place to hang out. He loves chasing his ball, still working out that the soft toys are fun to wrestle and play with. Good with the other dogs he has met when out and about. Good on the lead.
Has been around kids (6 & 8 yrs) and was very good with, but would suit older kids who know when he wants space, or a couple who can give him the attention he wants and loads of walks.
Adoption donation for seniors is $200. Seeking only the best for Otis.
*Please read the information listed at the top of our dogs for adoption page which includes how to register your interest, thank you! *
