Larry, 7 months old Huntaway/Collie mix Fostered in Waimate

Larry and his 9 siblings came to Pound Paws when they were about 3 months old, all they had known was life on the farm. The big wide world can be a bit scary and he will need a carer who can continue to give him lots of positive experiences and exposure.

His foster Mum says that “Larry just loves to be loved”, and he is also a big goofball and full of playful energy. He is great with the other dogs and loves playing tag with them. He enjoys snoozing on the couch and is very affectionate.

Larry is good with the cats and chickens. He is learning some basic training and is very good walking on lead, going for outings to different areas. He is a little shy with new people but he quickly comes around and wants to be friends. Sleeps inside and is housetrained.

Seeking a spacious property with an experienced active carer who can provide plenty of mental stimulation and daily adventures. He is a large energetic pup, has a great temperament, just needs confidence building. Older/dog confident kids.
