Fostered Orari, Temuka on a lifestyle property with other animals.

We were told that the pups came from Southland. They were homed and ended up on a Timaru pet facebook page needing new homes again urgently due to not being allowed in a flat. This is sadly happening more often – too many pups, not enough good homes = pups suffering. PLEASE spay / neuter.

They are both lovely natured girls. Poppy is slightly more outgoing and ready to check things out but Coco is never far behind. Expected to be medium size when fully grown, so far have shown medium energy levels.

They love to play tug and ball with the other dogs. Good around confident cats. Getting used to being around sheep and ponies. On lead and supervised only around the ducks and chooks as they are learning not to chase.
They are very good girls in their run and are not barkers.

Coco and Poppy need active family homes with plenty of space. Must understand and be able to meet their daily needs – plenty of activities, companionship, adventures/outings and mental enrichment.

Adoption Donation $395 to go partway towards spay (when older), vaccinations, chip. Flea treated. Worming up to date. We are trying to keep the adoption donation cost as low as possible. The $395 nearly covers the cost of their spay (to be done prior to their first heat).
