Kimchi is a gorgeous wee gem and just LOVES people! For a puppy, she has been very easy so far – not too nippy or destructive, happy to amuse herself with her toys and chews, and is pretty quiet. She is always up for a cuddle and will happily crawl into your lap for kisses.
She’s very smart and has picked up a few behaviours fairly quickly, including: sit, down, touch, come, leave it and play dead. She is easy to train and enjoys treats and toys.
Kimchi is pretty respectful of our older dog, and cat (they are figuring out how to play). She is gaining confidence around other dogs and puppies.
She loves kids, and is not bothered by the noise and antics of my 4 and 8 yr old. She is very gentle (though she does like to take socks off), and enjoys their company.
Does have some sound sensitivity – she still a bit nervous of loud traffic, and vacuums so we are working on that. She is happy to ride in the car though.
She is getting better at staying in her crate/pen (cosy set up) overnight and is fine to be left alone for a couple of hours during the day.
