Update – 21.4.26 Annie had x-rays to check her hips as we noticed her gait was a bit wonky. She has mild hip-dysplasia. She is a happy dog and has been checked over for pain. The only way it is affecting her currently is in her gait. Annie will need an extra special owner that will ensure that throughout her life stages she receives the best of care.
Annie (28kg) is a happy, delightful, goofy young dog. Loves interacting with her carer…& I adore her! She’s very loving and likes to be close. Loves walking around with a soft toy in her mouth, wagging her tail. Will roll around playing with an apple. She is very responsive, has good basic skills and settles well.
Annie enjoys 1 to 2 sniff walks a day on a harness and long line lead. Other times, in safe places she’ll have an off lead run. Loves playtime and chew bones. She’s happy and content with this lifestyle.
She needs gentle introductions to new dogs, she is a bit unsure at first, but then it’s playtime. She can be a bit rough & vocal in her play, need to monitor. House trained, sleeps through the night on her bed or the couch.
Previously fostered on a lifestyle property, she would escape through or dig under the deer fencing and disappear whilst rabbit hunting. It became unsafe for her with a busy road nearby. Now fostered residential.
